When you try something new, you must be prepared to fail.  You must have some reserve left in the tank for a second attempt or a change in focus.  My recent gardening experience reminded me of this truth, as I impatiently watched nothing grow from the 27 seeded pots.  In this light, my reserve energy will retrain itself towards tasks that provide room for growth, but also better meet my abilities.  There may be some gardening sprinkled in, but the majority of my entries will deal with summer cooking, lawn care, and a general summer state of mind.

Next up: Weed control, BBQ chicken with roasted vegetable orzo, and possibly, new planting!
